ALM-506TC Machine tool characteristics:


The design of arranging dual spindles in opposite to each other can realize the optimized combination with high precision, high loading capacity and high speed, enhancing the durability of the machine and proceeding continuous machining with installation of feeding device.


The design of arranging twin turrets in parallel can make operation, maintenance, and programming easier, effectively reducing the manpower burden of the enterprise.


The 30-degree slant bed base is firm and secure, with a low center of gravity. The interior structure is design ed as a box and arranged with reinforced ribs, which is strong and stable.


The ALM series are widely used in the machining of long axial and disc parts in the aerospace, automotive, mold, medical equipment and other industries.


With a design of slat bed, dual spindles, and twin turrets, ALM series machine is a CNC turning center with complete functions, strong rigidity, and high precision.


The dual spindles are arranged in opposite to each other while the twin turrets are arranged in parallel. The primary and auxiliary turrets can be servo lathe turret, BMT power turret or Y-axis BMT power turret, depending on customer demand.

The primary and auxiliary spindles can be docked to exchange workpieces, meeting the requirement of machining both sides of the workpiece in one clamping or machining two workpieces at the same time.

Spindle

The spindle is supported by front three and rear two roller bearings to improve the rigidity of the spindle and reduce the runout of the spindle.

The spindle has a strong hydraulic clamping force to facilitate the replacement of collets and chucks.


Screw rod and guide rail

The screw pitch in X and Z directions is perfectly matched to create a more perfect appearance effect and an excellent rapid feeding.


The machine be is integrated cast high-rigidity bed with high precision and high stability, achieving sound chip removal and cleaning.


It adopts imported grade C2 ball screw rod, Grade P roller guide rail, and spindle support by front three and rear two bearings.


Hydraulic System
