Yes, we can provide samples. We will charge you based on sample processing and the fee will be returned to your bulk order.

How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
It uses laser interferometer to measure and correct screw prsision. And we will take 100% inspection during production.

What is your delivery time?
It depends on the models, seasons, configuration and order quantity. Generally 1 month-3months.

Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: We are located in Dongguang, which is only 1 hour away from Guangzhou Baiyun airport as well as Shenzhen Baoan airport.

Can we go to your factory and learn how to use the machine?
Sure, you are more than welcome to our factory.

Can you arrange training in our place after we bought your machine?
Yes, we can arrange oversea training. Buyers will be responsible for the costs.

What is your payment term?
30% T/T in advance, 70% TT before shipment. Also we would like to do LC at sight.

What about installation and commision?
The quoted price is without local installation and commission. But we offer online guidance.
