JLM series

The JLM Series is a highly efficient CNC machine designed to meet diverse machining needs. It comes with the JSMART turret developed specifically for this series, offering users a range of configuration options from CNC lathes to turning and milling machines. It is especially suitable for high-efficiency mass production and multi-process continuous machining.

With powerful cutting performance and exceptional machining precision, the JLM Series is equipped with a larger spindle motor power and a high-rigidity bed, either a CNC lathe or a turning and milling machine, it provides stable and efficient machining capabilities.

The machine is equipped with JSMART’s patented rear-mounted electric spindle, offering high torque, low vibration, and high indexing accuracy, which enhances product surface finish and reduces tool wear.

The standard configuration includes a full suite of Taiwan SYNTEC 22TA or 22TB CNC systems, offering stability and efficiency (optional systems include FANUC from Japan, MITSUBISHI from Japan, and SIEMENS from Germany).

The JLM-1 Series adopts a compact design, ideal for machining lengths between 400-500mm, offering a high cost-performance option.

The JLM-5 Series is a versatile machine with a machining length of about 550-700mm. It features a high-rigidity bed and roller linear guides, combining heavy-duty cutting and high-speed movement advantages. It is equipped with a program-controlled hydraulic tailstock to meet various machining needs.

The JLM-10 Series offers an effective machining length of 1000mm and a turning diameter of over 600mm, ideal for long shaft and disc part machining. It utilizes a large-span saddle design on a 30-degree slant bed to provide better rigidity and stable cutting performance. The standard configuration includes an MT5 servo tailstock with fast movement and high precision, catering to a wide range of machining requirements

JLM series is the type of general-purpose machine, which equipped with high-rigidity bed and roller linear guide rail, combined with the advantages of heavy cutting and fast travel, and fixed with standard hydraulic tailstock under programmable control, so it can meet the machining demand of customers to the greatest extent.

JLM-1 series adopts the compact design concept, especially for machining shorter parts, to provide customers lathe with high cost-effectiveness.

JLM-5 series is specially designed for machining long part. The effective machining length in Z axis is 500mm, and the outer diameter taper of machined product at the maximum stroke is less than 0.008mm, which is much excellent than the industry standard and national standard.

JLM-10 series machine is designed to have a slant bed and a saddle with large span, achieving better rigidity and stable cutting performance.
