QLM-510MY Horizontal Turning Machine

Series Features:
 
* This series is equipped with dual spindles functionality, allowing both sides of a single work-piece to be machined in one setup. It supports turning, milling, drilling, tapping, and other turning or turn-milling processes, significantly improving geometric accuracy while reducing space and labor costs.

Monolithic cast high-rigidity 30° slant bed with the L-shaped bed structure enhances stability. Its user-friendly operation height and distance facilitate clamping and tool setting, while en-suring efficient chip removal and cleaning.

Straight Y-axis design to delivers higher precision and accommodates larger swing diameters.

Electric spindles configuration creates high torque, low vibration, and high indexing precision, improving product surface finish and reducing tool wear.
 
The standard configuration includes a full set of Taiwan SYNTEC 22TB CNC systems,
offering stability and efficiency. (Optional systems include FANUC from Japan, MITSUBISHI from Japan, or SIEMENS from Germany).

QLM-M series

* The machine integrates multiple functions including turning, milling, boring, and tapping, and combines C axis, Y axis and spare axis, which effectively reduces the produce changeover time, avoid artificial error, and simplify the fixtures.


* Adopt standard automatic receiver, optional automatic feeder, and chip cleaner to improve machining efficiency.


* QLM series machine adopts orthogonal Y-axis design, which has higher precision than the difference-compensated Y-axis design. The Y-axis stroke reaches 100mm. It has strong machining capability and low interference.


* Because of the Y-axis function, the machining mode of QLM series products is in the same way as a machining center equipped with a fourth-axis rotary table. (X,Y, Z axes are the same as the X, Y, Z axes of the machining center, and C axis is the same as the four axis rotary table);


* The integration of turning machine and machining center into a machine tool will greatly save manpower, reduce machining time, floor area and the purchase cost of machine tools and fixtures, as well as reducing various uncertainties caused by multiple times of clamping and handling of workpieces.

BMT Driven Tool Turret Series

Achieve a quick tool change for a cycle (1# to 12# tools) within 8 seconds.

Have more stable tool locking mode, a repeatability of +/-0.002mm, and positioning accuracy of +/- 0.005mm.

Have a driven tool holder speed of up to 6,000 rpm, providing a better torque and machining efficiency.


Have a perfect U-shaped design to make center of gravity more concentrated and realize higher stability and higher precision.

Have a dual-motor design to realize fast two-way tool selection and forward and backward machining.

Adopt three-piece clutch locking device to provide extremely strong hydraulic locking force.

Spindle

The spindle is supported by front three and rear two roller bearings to improve the rigidity of the spindle and reduce the runout of the spindle.

The spindle has a strong hydraulic clamping force to facilitate the replacement of collets and chucks.


Screw rod and guide rail

The screw pitch in X and Z directions is perfectly matched to create a more perfect appearance effect and an excellent rapid feeding.


The machine be is integrated cast high-rigidity bed with high precision and high stability, achieving sound chip removal and cleaning.


It adopts imported grade C2 ball screw rod, Grade P roller guide rail, and spindle support by front three and rear two bearings.


Hydraulic System

Korea or Japanese hydraulic system is adopted to improve equipment stability.
